The HBCU Africa Homecoming Ghana 2020 is going Virtual from July 23-25 2020.

Supported by the Government of Ghana, Morgan State University, Benedict College, Tenessee State and more; the theme for this year is :


"Architecting the post Covid 19 Global Education Order; Reducing Disparities- The Role of HBCUs and African Educational Stakeholders".


Meet HBCU Presidents, African Vice Chancellors, Industry Stakeholders, Sports Administrators, Faculty Leaders, Student Leaders, Alumni Presidents, Entrepreneurs and Social Impact Investors.  Meet curated visionary leaders, gifted students, industry partners and community leaders who are ready to partner and collaborate for sustainable development.


Hosted on the innovative Virtual Conferencing Platform, connect at plenary sessions, presidential round tables and speed networking sessions with value creation for your constituents in mind. Participate in the launch of the HBCU Africa Education Consortium as well as solution focused working group sessions.

Desired outcomes for the summit include the following:

  • Create vital bridges/linkages between HBCU stakeholders and African education stakeholders

  • Inspire deliberate collaboration in Science and Technology Research and Technology Transfer

  • Facilitate faculty and student exchanges - Virtual and In-person

  • HBCU Africa recruiting fair for high school and prospective graduate students

  • Promote the  HBCU Africa Education Consortium and HBCU Africa Innovation Center/City to promote STEAM, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
